Tour program
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport. |
Arrival at Entebbe airport. Transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon you can visit the spa and sports center of the hotel.

Day 2: Cruise on Lake Victoria, Entebbe and tour of Kampala. |
Breakfast. Start of the cruise tour on Lake Victoria, which is one of the largest lakes in the world. We will watch the fishermen cast their nets and just enjoy snacks and drinks on board and of course the amazing view.

Day 3. Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park and visit the Equator Monument. |
Morning transfer from hotel to Queen Elizabeth National Park. The whole journey will take us about 6 hours with a stop at the Equator Monument for photography and a short break. In the afternoon we will reach the lodge, rest and visit the Katwe salt mines in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari lodge.

Day 4: Morning game drive / Afternoon walk to the Kazinga canal. |
Morning rise. A trip to the open savannas where we will see various animals such as herds of elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, warthogs, waterbucks, leopards and lions.
Late breakfast and lunch at the lodge. At 14:00 transfer to the Casinga Canal for a cruise linking lakes Edward and George. During the cruise we look at breathtaking landscapes, birds and aquatic animals. Katara Lodge (breakfast, lunch and dinner) |
Day 5: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest |
After an early breakfast, transfer to Ishasha. Here we will have a unique opportunity to see lions climbing trees. Later we will go to the impenetrable Bwindi National Park, home to mountain gorillas, one of the most endangered species on the planet! Arrival at the houses. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 6: Gorilla trekking / Transfer to Lake Kivu |
Early rise at 5:00 am. Transfer to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for a briefing before the start of the trek.
Trekking starts at 8:00 am.
After the transition, rest at the lodge, lunch. Later transfer to Gisenyi on the shores of Lake Kivu. Palme Beach Hotel (Lunch and Dinner) |
Day 7: Drive to Kigali via the Diane Fossey Gorilla Foundation project. |
Morning 2-hour sightseeing boat cruise on Lake Kivu. Later we will visit the Rwanda-Congo border to take a look at the Nyiragongo volcano. We will move to Kigali with a stop for lunch in the city of Ruhengeri and a visit to the most interesting Dian Fossey Fund Project.

Day 8: Kigali city tour and transfer to airport for flight home. |
In the morning at 08:00 we will start the Kigali city tour including visiting the following historical sites: Kigali Genocide Memorial, Anti-Genocide Museum, Kigali Camp, Kimironko Market, etc. Lunch at Rwanda hotel.
After that transfer to the airport. Flight home. |
