Citizens who come from the countries of the “red zone” to Ukraine must undergo an observation for 14 days or use the Diy Vdoma application and take a PCR test for COVID-19.
How can self-isolation be avoided?
Early termination of self-isolation in connection with crossing the state border or entry points in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol during the last 14 days is possible:

only for persons in self-isolation due to crossing the state border and entry-exit checkpoints (EECPs) during the last 14 days
only on the basis of a negative result of a PCR study carried out in order to end self-isolation / observation after crossing the border and entry-exit checkpoints (EECPs);
only according to the results of a laboratory study from the list below.

That is, a citizen is obliged to submit his biological material for PCR studies to a laboratory from the list, having previously filled out an informed consent to data processing. In the form, it is necessary to indicate the fact of crossing the border, if it occurred within the last 14 days, the exact date of arrival on the territory of Ukraine.
Pay attention! In order to avoid undesirable consequences, it is worth indicating in the form the phone number that was used to install the Diy Vdoma application.
If you receive a negative test result for COVID-19 by PCR:

the laboratory that directly performed the study must enter the result of the negative study into the electronic system of the Public Health Center of Ukraine;
the data entered by the laboratories are automatically synchronized with the Diy Vdoma service;
the person will be informed about the possibility of ending self-isolation by a corresponding message from the Diy Vdoma service.
