Expedition "Calypso Ukraine" to Venezuela to the Angel Falls and Los Roques archipelago

Day 1.

Tour of Caracas, Colonia Tovar. 

Arrival in Caracas at 7:30 am. Transfer to the hotel. A little rest. Today we have a tour of one of the most criminal and dangerous cities in the world - the capital of Venezuela, the city of Caracas. We will visit part of the Avila National Park (northern and southern slopes). Also today we will visit Tovar Colony - a piece of the Black Forest in South America. 

Day 2

Tour to Los Roques archipelago 

Departure from Caracas at 8:00 to the islands of indescribable beauty! In total, the archipelago consists of 350 islets, large and small. We will be met at the airport and we will go by boat to one of the paradise beaches of the archipelago (choice of Madrisky or Francisky, lunch boxes for lunch). 

Day 3

Canaima National Park

Arrival at Caracas airport. Meeting at the airport and then domestic direct flight to Canaima National Park. Arrival, meeting, settling in the best lodge in Venezuela Waku Lodge. A little rest, lunch and we go by canoe to explore the lagoon. We will visit, go under and even swim in their waters of the El Sapo waterfall and Golondrina Falls. 

Day 4

Canaima National Park - Camarata Valley

Today we fly to the Kamarata Valley. On a light-engine 12-seater plane, we will leave the lodge in the morning and begin to explore the jungle and get to know the locals, and we will start from the small village of Kavak. The guide will take us to a local attraction - the Kavak cave, and along the way we will meet small lakes with crystal clear water. 

On the way back, our plane (weather permitting) will fly over the highest waterfall in the world, Angel Falls, several times. 

Day 5-6.

Tour to the foot of Angel Falls

Early in the morning after breakfast we set off to watch the pearl of this tour - Angel Falls in all its glory! This trip will not be easy, as we have 5 hours to go along the rivers in a canoe. In some places we will leave the boat, go on foot until the boat passes difficult rapids. Closer to lunch, we will arrive at the place and for the first time in our lives we will see the highest waterfall in the world - Angel Falls (the height of the water fall is 1 km). Lunch and go through the jungle to the foot of the waterfall in order to swim in its waters!

In the evening, dinner and overnight in hammocks to the sound of falling water. 

In the morning, having breakfast, we will have some free time and we will return to Canaima, from where we will fly back to Caracas in the evening. 

Day 7. Free day. 

This day is a reserve in case of changes in the schedule, as well as unforeseen factors. We will try to fill the free day with an optional program.  

Day 8. Return to Ukraine

Transfer from the hotel to the airport.

10:30 Departure home to Ukraine.
