Arrival in Mandalay and transfer to the hotel. In the late afternoon, drive up Mandalay Hill — a popular spot for panoramic views, especially at sunset.
Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Mandalay.

Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit Kuthodaw Pagoda, known as “the world’s largest book.” Continue to Shwenandaw Monastery and a local silk-weaving center to see traditional looms.
Lunch.
Afterward, drive to the ancient city of Ava and explore its old monasteries and temples by horse cart.
Return to the hotel. Overnight in Mandalay.

Breakfast at the hotel.
Start the day with a visit to Zaycho Market — the largest and oldest in Mandalay. Then travel to Amarapura, the former royal capital, and visit Mahagandayon Monastery.
Lunch.
Continue to the unique Jade Pagoda. In the evening, enjoy sunset at U Bein Bridge — the world’s longest teak bridge.
Return to the hotel. Overnight in Mandalay.

Today’s journey takes you along a scenic highway to Bagan (280 km, approx. 5–6 hrs). En route, visit Mount Popa (climb 777 steps to the monastery on top).
Lunch.
Stop at a local village and a toddy palm plantation to see how palm sugar and wine are produced.
Arrival in Bagan. If time permits, enjoy the sunset at one of the temples.
Overnight in Bagan.

At sunrise, enjoy an optional hot-air balloon flight (from USD 200).
Then visit Minnanthu Village, one of the quietest and least-visited areas of Bagan. Continue with visits to Shwezigon Pagoda, Ananda Temple, Thatbyinnyu Temple, and Dhammayangyi Temple.
Lunch.
In the evening, enjoy a relaxing horse cart ride across the plains dotted with temples at sunset. Overnight in Bagan.


After breakfast, transfer to the airport for a flight to Heho.
Drive to Nyaung Shwe (25 km, approx. 1 hr) – the gateway to Inle Lake. Boat excursion on the lake: stilt villages, floating gardens, and Intha fishermen who row with one leg.
Visit Heyya-Ywama Village, Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, and local silversmith and weaving workshops.
Lunch at a restaurant on the lake.
Afternoon visit to Indein Village and the ancient Shwe Indein Pagoda complex.
Return to the hotel. Overnight at Inle Lake / Nyaung Shwe.


Breakfast at the hotel.
Full-day excursion to Kakku Pagoda Complex near Taunggyi (approx. 2.5 hrs drive).
Stop in Taunggyi, the capital of Shan State.
Lunch.
Visit the complex with more than 2,400 ancient stupas arranged in rows.
Return to Nyaung Shwe. Overnight at Inle Lake.


After breakfast, fly to Yangon.
Walking tour of the colonial center of the city.
Visit Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda and the iconic Shwedagon Pagoda. Walk from the base of Singuttara Hill through local neighborhoods and temples.
Lunch.
Watch the sunset at the pagoda. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Yangon.


Breakfast at the hotel. Free time until transfer to the airport.
