Arrival in Karachi — the first historical capital of Pakistan. We begin our immersion in this country, with its noise, beauty and mysteries. On the first day we will explore the Mohatta Palace, Tomb of the founder of Pakistan Ali Jin, St. Patrick's Church, the streets of a bustling city, traditional bazaars and everything that catches our eyes.
Excursion from Karachi to Tattu. We'll visit Chaukhandi Tombs, Banbhore Ruins, Mosque of the legendary Shah Jahan and Makli Necropolis ensemble (UNESCO) in Thatta along the way. Next we move to Hyderabad. Evening walk in Hyderabad.
We begin our journey to the north of the country. Ranikot fortress (candidate for UNESCO) and the city of Sevan Sharif with its shrine — Lal Shahbaz Qalandar are waiting for us. We will spend the evening in the greatest place, the origin and decline of which is still a mystery — the ancient city Mohenjo-Daro (UNESCO).
We move further to the interior of the country: a fortress awaits us in the middle of the desert — Deravar, the fortress has a regular square shape with a perimeter of 1500 meters and a wall with a height of more than 30 meters. After lunch we will visit Uch-Sharif with his funerary shrines.
We continue our journey to the north of Pakistan. On the way to Lahore we will have another day and we will visit Multan city famous for its turquoise roofs of mosques and mausoleums of sheikhs, about which we will also learn a lot. Next we move to Harappa — the center of the ancient Harappan civilization. The modern city began to actively develop, but after the discovery of archaeological artifacts in huge quantities all construction was stopped and now it is a city of archeology.
Moving to Lahore — the most charming city in the country. We will spend 2 nights here. We begin our magnificent two-day tour of Lahore, including Lahore Fort (UNESCO) and Shalimar Gardens (UNESCO).
We spend all day in Lahore, exploring the most accessible and inaccessible corners of this ancient city bustling with life. And in the evening we will attend a real show of Indo-Pakistan border Wagah closure.
We fly (airfare included in the price of the program) to the Himalayas, we will be in the very heart of Pakistan — the city of Skardu. Upon arrival, we will take a walk in the most beautiful places in the city.
Baltistan valley is called a little Tibet in the North of Pakistan. Baltistan is situated at the last end of Himalaya, beside Deosai Plain and Satpara Lake. Baltistan is the tourist destination of Mountains paradise where the world 2nd highest peak is K2 (8611-m) and the other 8000m are Broad Peak, Gasherbrum-I & II Likely 8068 to 8047 m and there are many peaks 7750- 7800m. Its snow capped peaks, and long glaciers give you the spectacular view for climbers, trekkers and travelers.
The day is dedicated for sightseeing in Skardu and the town of Shigar.
Today we will change our Himalayan location to an even more vibrant one — we are going to the Hunsa Valley, surrounded by tens of 7000 peaks. We will be on the road for about 6 hours with beautiful Himalayan views.
On the way, we will visit the confluence of three mountain ranges - the Hindukush, the Karakorum and the Himalayas, as well as the confluence of the Gilgit and Indus rivers., also we will visit Rakaposhi viewpoint which local called Ghulmet glacier. At this point you will be at 1950 meters, watching the highest unbroken slope on earth.
The whole day is dedicated to the sightseeing town of Karimabad. We will start the day visiting Karimabad Bazar, Baltit fort and Altit fort and in the evening visit Duiker viewpoint for sunset.
We will start the day by completing the sightseeing in Hunza and move onward to the north to visit Attabad lake, Hussaini bridge, Passu glacier
We fly to Islamabad (airfare is included in the cost of the program), the last city on our Pakistan route. Immediately from the plane we will see the main attractions and have a final dinner.
