30.04.18

Breakfast in the hotel.
Today you will meet the magnificent Baku. Most tourists believe that the Azerbaijani capital is an old eastern city, where mosques and bazaars with pomegranates and halva are at every step. However, Baku is a modern metropolis with glass skyscrapers in the form of flames, magnificent fantasy fountains, wide boulevards planted with exotic plants from the other side of the world. But at the same time, a city that still keeps the ancient Azerbaijani architecture.
During the walk you will see all the most interesting sights of the ancient capital: Maiden Tower, Palace of the Shirvanshahs, Synyk Gala Castle, Caravanserai, Juma Mosque and many other architectural historical monuments, from which it will be simply impossible to take your eyes off.
After a delicious lunch (for an additional fee) we will continue our tour of the modern part of the city. Thanks to an unexpected construction boom, Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, has blossomed and transformed over the past decade, which causes genuine pride among residents and great interest among tourists.
Let's see the Flag Square, take a look at the carpet museum, take a walk along the Boulevard, and also admire the evening flames of the Flame Towers.
With the onset of dusk, the buildings flash with multi-colored lights and resemble burning flames.
Overnight at the hotel.

The Temple of Eternal Flame Ateshgah is a place that you absolutely do not expect to meet near Baku. The temple of the fire worshipers, who arrived here one and a half millennia ago from India and lived until the 19th century, still attracts pilgrims here, both from among the Zoroastrians and other Indian cultures and religions.
