A big Calypso expedition in Ukraine is always a good idea!

Our country is famous for its wonderful smart people, fertile land and rich natural resources. Ukraine has many achievements and talents, resources and values. These are its natural parks, protected areas, picturesque forests, rich minerals, fertile soils. And, of course, its people are smart, highly educated, hardworking, kind-hearted, merciful. And yet, cheerful and joyful, optimistic and friendly, active and energetic.

And the architecture of Ukrainian cities! Kyiv, Kharkov, Lvov. It testifies to the high level of culture of our ancestors. Who has not admired St. Sophia of Kyiv and the Golden Gates of the princely city, the Vydubitsky Monastery and the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra with the Assumption Cathedral, the ancient Podil Borisfen-Dnepr? All these are spiritual symbols of national history and culture, without which our land is inconceivable. For fifteen centuries now, Golden-domed Kyiv has been rising on the slopes of the Dnieper, which had a historical mission to become the “mother of Russian cities”, to play an important role in the formation of one of the greatest states in Europe, Kievan Rus.
